During my career at Air France KLM, I led the construction of Flying Blue program, and more recently as CFO,  the carve out of Flying Blue, transforming it into a real strategic Business. By accelerating growth of partnership, we turned it into a highly profitable Business for the group (recently monetized for a loan of 1,3 billion$ in 2023).

Since July 2022, I have been a Consulting Partner to more than a dozen of mainstream Corporate loyalty programs, and supported a few start ups via consulting or mentoring. I also joined the Advisory Board of several startups, as well as BPI Advisory Board program.

Based on a deepen analysis of Loyalty industry , I am convinced that next developments will be supported by Web3 smart processes.

For 15 years, I worked in large premium automotive groups on issues of digital strategy, innovation & new business models. In particular, I developed the short-term rental franchise of the Mercedes-Benz group with the implementation of operational processes,  a digital strategy in a premium customer experience.

For 2 years, I have been a freelance Web3 consultant to support Corporates with Web3 initiatives, from strategic thinking to operational deployment.

I notably supported OVAL3, Alpine, Renault, Mobilize, FDJ on their Web3 initiatives.
